Do you feel...

Alana Mitchell Career Queen

We often find ourselves shackled to our jobs, particularly women after having children. We stay in monotonous roles solely for the flexibility they offer in balancing family responsibilities and financial support.

We wake up one day to realise that the years have flown by, and we’re suddenly struck by a light bulb moment. We wonder, “What am I going to do next?”, “How am I going to change careers? “Where do I start and what steps do I take?”

Whether you have been stuck in the same role and industry for a long time, have been a stay-at-home parent and are now looking to re-enter the workforce, are recovering from redundancy or life changes, are needing to bounce back from the knockbacks, or are just simply needing support and guidance for a fresh start, I am here to help you achieve your career goals.

Entering the job market can be very daunting for anyone and the biggest element individuals lack is confidence and knowledge on how to take the first step into a new career direction.

At Career Queen Coaching & Consulting we will work together to become unstuck from your situation and set you in a new direction.
